Der WSGI Umbau startete erst recht schnell... Allerdings wirft es einige konzeptionelle Fragen auf, die nicht so einfach zu lösen sind. Also ich denke das wird sich leider noch über einige Wochen hinziehen :?

So, die v0.7 kann schon die Seiten rendern... Aber der ganze interne Bereich ist noch nicht fertig.

Es ist also eine pre-Alpha ;)

Es geht vorran! Mitlerweile kann man sich einloggen und einige Module/Plugins sind für die neue Version angepasst...

Nun gibt es die v0.7preAlpha zum Download:

Es gibt einen builtin-Testserver, den man mit "0 PyLucid_app Loop.sh" (Linux) oder "0 PyLucid_app Loop.cmd" (Win) starten kann. Dann lauscht ein Server auf http://localhost:8080

Mit der URL http://localhost:8080/_install kommt man in die Installations-Sektion... Man kann die Datenbank auch einrichten, allerdings kann man noch keine User Anlegen. Somit kann man sich auch nicht einloggen...

Allerdings ist es möglich einfach eine bestehende PyLucid-DB zu benutzten! Im _install-Bereich gibt es schon den Punkt "update db tables (PyLucid v0.6.x -> 0.7)" somit kann man mit eingerichteten User von v0.6 sich doch einloggen und schauen was schon fertig ist ;)

Naja, ist halt noch in einem frühen Stadium ;)

Bei mir läuft schon einiges von der Funktionalität, die v0.6 hatte. Allerdings müßen noch einige Module an die neue Umgebung angepasst werden.
Wie ein neues Modul aussieht, zeigt ein Blick z.B. auf:

Ich hab soeben eine neue Version von PyLucid bei sourceforge
hinterlegt... Die neue v0.7...

Allerdings gibt es noch einige Einschränkungen... So läuft diese
Version
z.Z. nur mit Python 2.4.x :( Aber das wird sich noch ändern. Das
Ziel
ist wieder kompatibel mit Python v2.2.x zu sein... Schließlich hab ich

auch WebSpace auf dem nur diese alte Version verfügbar ist...

Nun kann man diese neue Alpha-Version parallel installieren und User
anlegen...

Naja, an einigen Stellen gibt es aber noch viel zu tun...

Es ist eine neue Version fertig. Ich hab es mal auf Beta Status gesetzt, weil PyLucid eigentlich schon recht brauchbar ist ;)

Nun läuft es auch mit einem alten Python 2.2 !

Hallo Jens,

um die Installationsprozedur auch für das "echte" Debian :-) (also nicht ubuntu) lauffähig zu kriegen, muss in DBwrapper.py / Zeile 147
version.split('_', 1)[0] anstatt (zusätzlich) version.split('-', 1)[0]
gesetzt sein,

Kann das jetzt leider nicht verifizieren, so in etwa:

4.0.24_Debian...

Brauchst du die 3. Stelle überhaupt? Sonst mach halt nur

So, es ist eine neue Version drausen...

v0.7.0 release candidate 1

Ich hab es in den "stable" Abteilung bei sourceforge gepackt, ich denke man kann es besser nutzten, als noch eine v0.6 zu installieren ;)

major changes

    * WSGI compatibly (using Colubrid - but not optimized)!
    * new template engine jinja in place of simpleTAL
    * new CSS and JS handling
    * new internal page editing
    * new: "List of all available Tags" when you edit a CMS page
    * new: PluginDownloader (a Plugin to make you own written Plugins downloadable for other Users) (available since v0.7RC2)
    * File oganisation changed
    * new /_install - Section (look at InstallAccess):
    o new 'low level Admin' Tools - example: 'rename all used tabelnames'
    o new 'info / tests' - many SQL-Server information
    * shortcut for every page. So the URLs are cleaner
    * No poormanmodrewrite! I think the URLs are good enough.

Ich suche auch noch Leute die Lust haben PyLucid mit zu entwickeln! Es gibt nämlich noch einiges zu tun:
