I think, there are problems with fastCGI. I switched pylucid.org from CGI to fastCGI. But something with the URL resolution goes sometimes wrong...

I changed the the fastCGI dispatcher again. Split the big index.fcgi into two files: http://trac.pylucid.net/changeset/1431

-Click on some links in the sitemap
-Sometimes PyLucid displayed a wrong page

Don't know, if this related to the cache system? I will test this tomorrow.

Can anybody test the thunk in a fastCGI Environment, too and give feedback???

EDIT:
Have open a ticket for this: http://trac.pylucid.net/ticket/155
For german guys: Über besseres error handling mit fastCGI: http://www.python-forum.de/topic-12019.html

I deactivated the cache system on pylucid.org a few days ago. Everything seems to work fine, without the caching. So it's a problem with the cache system Sad

btw. found a interesting thread about logging in a fastCGI environment: http://groups.google.com/group/django-developers/browse_thread/thread/9e631b3070c66856

Nice, if the Patch "Logging stdin/stderr with a daemonized fastcgi process" from http://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/6687 would be commited Wink

Nice. The new fastCGI loging mechanism are applied into the django trunk. We should update our fastCGI Dispatcher: http://trac.pylucid.net/ticket/180

The cache Problems seems do be fly away with the new cache middleware.
